Return / Exchange Policy

  • HANDMADE VS FAULT - As our products are handmade & made to order, due to nature of handmade product (including any leather) will have slight variance in discoloration / different textures & or markings and is not a fault. Colors may appear differently to the settings of your monitor.  Refunds only offered where they deemed as faulty/broken and inspected to by us upon return.
  • Please note I individually quality check each item for faults before sending & ensure I am satisfied of the final product.

  • SALE + DISCOUNTS - We are unable to give refunds/ exchange when the item is bought on sale/ or at a discounted price.

  • RETURN COST - All customers cover postage costs should return is requested, please ensure you contact us within 7 days of item received to do so, we will not accept returns after you pass this date. Any refunds issued will not include postage cost that has been paid to ship your item.
